A new outdoor space inspired by employee feedback, designed to support wellbeing and connection.

Over the past 10 months, Lucy Zodion has undergone a period of exciting transformation. From the opening of our new extension to support our growing role in EV infrastructure, to the ongoing development of new product innovations – it’s been a busy and rewarding time.

But among all the milestones, one initiative stands out for a very different reason – and that’s our new Wellness Garden.

This peaceful, plant-lined breakout area was created in direct response to feedback from our Employee Opinion Survey, where many of our people asked for a dedicated welfare space outdoors – somewhere green, calm, and social.

With the wellbeing of our teams front of mind, Operations Director, Chris Dumon, led the charge to bring this vision to life. The result? A thoughtfully designed space where employees can unwind, chat with colleagues, and take a moment for themselves during the working day.

It’s a small but meaningful example of how we’re listening, learning, and putting our people first.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to Chris and everyone involved in making this project a reality – and to our team, for sharing your voices and helping us shape a workplace that works for you.
