We’re pleased to introduce our new and improved company website.

The site has been developed to consider the needs of our diverse range of customers with a dedicated resource of product, company and industry information. Improvements have been shaped around our extensive customer research programme in 2017, where the key focus throughout the entire webiste project has been you (our customer).

Introducing the refreshed website

The introduction of the refreshed site means that new and existing Lucy Zodion customers are better informed about the wide range of solutions and services we can offer, as well as providing more detail about the business itself and our parent company Lucy Group.

We’ve taken this opportunity to elevate our website by introducing a host of features to help you and our employees source relevant information. These features include:

  • A dedicated ‘Solutions’ area that helps customers in specific sectors, or with a particular application in mind, find the most suitable products and services to meet your requirements.
  • An extensive ‘Support’ page has been developed to help you find the information they need, with a NEW area that answers FAQs for general and technical enquiries.
  • An ‘Innovation’ page has been introduced. This is a hub of insights and innovations, helping us to communicate our expertise and experience with ‘KnowHow’ blogs and case studies.

A new look

Among a whole array of new operational features, our refreshed website has also had a facelift with enhanced media and designs to improve user experience. From interactive filters, that help you to pin down the information you require, to inspiring videos and imagery, we’ve considered customer journey in every aspect of the site’s development.

This, combined with a sleeker and more modern design, takes Lucy Zodion’s brand to the level required to match our aspirations over the next five years.

The project

The project has been a Group wide initiative, which completes on 17th April 2019, and aims to raise the profile and identity of each company within the Lucy Group, while promoting a united and more holistic brand.

All sites under the Lucy brand have been developed by Torpedo, a B2B Creative & Digital Marketing Agency based in Oxford. The agency has been involved in the project from start to finish, helping each Lucy business scope, build and implement pages; translating their visions into reality.

We’re confident that our new and improved website will help you make more informed decisions, when considering the products or services you require.
